Phillips Way Construction (PWC) searched for a headquarters location for three years. One day on a cold call, a Corridor agent stumbled across “the perfect building”. While the owner of the building was not yet prepared to give Corridor the listing to sell the building, he did promise to pay a fee if we brought him a buyer.
