Citibank - Banking on Corridor’s Extensive Relationships

In December 2005, Citibank handed Corridor a tough assignment: to help them find and open a large number of bank branches in Maryland.

The challenge?

All the branches needed to be open by the end of 2006 - one year.  Drawing quickly from Corridor’s extensive network of owners, landlords and other brokers, eight new branches were opened in 2006.  To keep costs low and meet a compressed deadline, many of the sites identified were conversions of existing non-bank buildings, including a several fast food buildings and other locations offering highly visibility and prominence. The Corridor team rose to the challenge and got it done in a New York minute!
