Corridor played a key role in helping Howard County renovate its county government complex by temporarily leasing space at a renovated building on Stanford Boulevard in east Columbia. The county will lease 106,000 square feet until renovations are complete at its Ellicott City main administration building some time in 2009. Corridor brought the county to the property and co-listed the Stanford Boulevard property with Mark Tornillo of Martek Global.
