Large Deals Mark Recent Corridor Reznick Transactions
Over the last several weeks, Corridor Reznick has represented a number of organizations including Ulma Formworks, E-Structors, Howard County Government, as well as others, in deals totaling more than 300,000 square feet of space in Baltimore and Howard Counties.
CORRIDOR INKS 93,000-SQ. FT. INDUSTRIAL LEASE
E-Structors/Integrated Waste, Inc. is a Howard County company that processes waste from communications devices such as computers, servers, television sets and DVD players. The company has leased more than 93,000 square feet at 7575 Washington Boulevard in Elkridge and was represented by Corridor Reznick Vice President Mordy Itzkowitz.
107,000-SQ. FT. WAREHOUSE SPACE LEASED
Corridor Reznick also represented construction parts supplier Ulma Formworks in its lease of 107,000 square feet at 8235 Patuxent Range Road in Jessup.
HOWARD COUNTY GOVERNMENT DEAL SIGNED FOR 106,000 SQ. FT.
Finally, Corridor played a key role in assisting the Howard County government in its relocation into 106,000 square feet of temporary offices on Stanford Boulevard in Columbia while its headquarters building in the county office complex in Ellicott City is being renovated. Corridor's Rob Freedman and Lindsay McClory co-listed the property along with listing agent Martek Global.
This series of transactions, among others, has communicated to the marketplace that Corridor Reznick is the place to turn to for specialized, unique customer service. Corridor provides hands-on attention to detail and focus on client business goals, regardless of the space requirement.

Owings Mills Sports Arena To Be Updated With New Tenants
Two new firms will lead the redevelopment of the Owings Mills Sports Arena and both were represented by Scott Wingrat and Mordy Itzkowitz of Corridor Reznick. The Jump Zone is a recreation center with moon bounces and other inflatable games and activities. A laser tag game company, XP Laser Sports, is also leasing space in the building.
The two new tenants will breathe fresh life into the facility, making it a community center as well as a regional draw, said Neil Katz, Chief Executive Officer of Corridor Reznick.

Serves as Statewide Chair for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Fundraiser
Kim Cronce, Vice President at Corridor Reznick, recently served as Statewide Chair of the Light The Night Walks across Maryland, which raised more than $650,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Corridor Agents and Staff teamed up to raise money and participate in Towson's Light the Night Walk!
