As a Vice President of Corridor Reznick LLC, Mordy has more than 8 years of corporate and commercial real estate brokerage experience. Prior to joining Corridor Reznick LLC, he was a Senior Sales and Leasing associate with Business Real Estate Partners, a Baltimore based Commercial Real Estate brokerage firm. He has experience and is well versed in a broad array of commercial real estate transactions. Mordy specializes in representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers in the leasing, sales and acquisition of industrial property, warehouse and flex space. He has represented numerous local, regional and national companies and clients across a spectrum of industries including defense, healthcare, retail services, manufacturing and distribution as well as real estate investment sales.

Cenveo Corporation
Exclusively represented the client in the disposition of a manufacturing/flex building totaling 65,000 SF in Glen Burnie, Maryland at the Baymeadow Industrial Park.
Hemagen Properties
Represented the client in the sale and disposition of a 65,000-SFwarehouse in SW Baltimore. Assisted the client in realizing maximum value by bringing a retail oriented buyer to an industrial/warehouse property.
