Professional Experience
A Vice President of Corridor Reznick LLC and a Principal of the firm, C. James Silfee, III specializes in investment sales and acquisition/ disposition assignments, and select office and industrial tenant representation assignments through the Baltimore / Washington region. He has represented both local and national companies across a spectrum of industries including affordable housing development, financial services, computer sciences and healthcare, and is recognized for his specialization in market research and the use of commercial real estate technology to identify opportunities for clients. Represented client exclusively in the placement of $10,000,000 of 1031 proceeds. Closed in excess of $43,000,000 of industrial and office property nationwide to satisfy the requirement. Properties are located in VA, PA, TN, AZ, AL, & FL.
Housing Trust of America, LLC
Represented client in their pursuit of affordable housing acquisition and development opportunities throughout the MD, VA and Washington, DC metropolitan areas. Successfully closed on land for the River Bay Townhome development, an approximately 13-acre land acquisition in St. Mary’s County, Maryland for the construction of 173 townhome units.

Represented seller in their disposition of a 40,000 SF $4,100,000 office building in Columbia, MD
