Professional Experience
As Principal of Corridor Reznick LLC and a Principal of the firm, Robert Freedman has more than 19 years of commercial real estate experience. In 1989, he co-founded Corridor Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. with partners Michael B. Glick and Neil A. Katz. Rob is currently responsible for coordinating all sales and leasing efforts for Corridor Reznick LLC locally and throughout the United States, as well as being active in all management aspects of the firm. Rob has extensive knowledge in landlord and tenant representation covering flex, warehouse and office space, and has consistently been a top producer despite any economic uncertainties in the market. He is regarded as one of the top brokers in the Baltimore/Washington Metro Area, receiving the "Maryland Peer Broker of the Year Award" in 2000, and the Baltimore Business Journal’s "Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate" in 1999 and "40 Under 40" in 2002. Rob has closed over 1,000 leases and sales transactions for volume in excess of $100,000,000.00.
