Professional Experience

Neil is a 27 year veteran of the commercial real estate business. In 1989, Neil founded Corridor Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. with partners Michael Glick and Rob Freedman. Neil was responsible for running day to day operations at Corridor from 1989 until May 2003. Recently, as CEO, Neil has taken on a more strategic, visionary role with the firm to help build the company’s presence both locally and nationally. An accomplished, top tier broker, Neil has leased and sold millions of square feet of commercial property and has represented a multitude of companies throughout the region. Neil is recognized as a leading investment sales specialist in the industry.

Katzen Eye Group

Represented KEG exclusively in their search for a new HQ location. Assisted client in the leasing and equity ownership of a new 36,000 SF build-to-suit office building in the heart of their preferred geography location.

Reznick Group

Baltimore, MD - 60,000 SF Office Tenant Representation Assignment

Chicago, Illinois - 25,000 SF Office Tenant Representation Assignment

Charlotte, North Carolina - 25,000 SF Office Tenant Representation Assignment

The Westport Group

Represented client exclusively in the placement of $10,000,000 of 1031 proceeds. Closed in excess of $43,000,000 of industrial and office property nationwide to satisfy the requirement. Properties located in VA, PA, TN, AZ, AL & FL.

Dulaney Valley Apartments in Towson, Maryland

Facilitated the $14.25 million sale of a 256 unit apartment complex

Community Bank of Northern Virginia

Represented client in six transactions over the past decade as the firm grew from 2,500 SF to 40,000 SF

Three Building 1031 Tax-Free Exchange

Represented purchaser in the acquisition of a three building portfolio for a 1031 tax-free exchange including a 43,000 SF office building in Towson, a 32,000 SF office building in Timonium and a 51,000 SF industrial building in Owings Mills
